ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Abstract Submission Guideline:
Registrant may submit abstracts of his/her work for Oral Paper and E-Poster presentation. It is expected that the abstracts will include original data and not previously published in a peer-review journal or the proceedings of any International/National meeting. Only those abstracts that will be reviewed and selected by the abstract review committee may be presented. Abstract submission will only be accepted electronically through the abstract submission module. Do not submit your abstract on email, it will not be considered/accepted.

Abstract Length:
- The body of an abstract should be no more than 300 words
- Title of an abstract should be no more than 30 words, maximum.
Author Names:
- Do not use titles (Dr.) or degrees (Ph.D.).
- The relative contribution superscript should be listed after each author.
- Each candidate can send up to 2 abstracts
Scientific abstract must contain:
- A descriptive title, list of authors (in the desired order), their respective departments and institutions.
- An introduction, rationale to the study.
- The material and methods used.
- The results of the study including new data not previously published or presented at a major national or international meeting.
Abstract structure (content shall be segmented by the following headings):
- Introduction/Rationale
- Material and Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- Keywords-up to 4
Note- Please omit tables and figures from the abstract. These can be included in your presentation if the paper or poster is accepted.
Language:
The abstract must be submitted in English, font ‘Times New Roman’ and size 12.
Important Dates:
- Opening of Online Abstract submission - 1st Oct 2025
- Abstract Submission deadline – 30th November 2025
- Abstracts reviewing & Announcement of Acceptance/Rejection deadline - 31st Dec 2025
Registration:
Only abstracts of registered delegates will be considered for presentation. All abstract submitters must register within one week of the abstract acceptance i.e., by 7th January 2026.
If an oral paper or poster is accepted for presentation, the presenter will be eligible for a 50% discount on the early bird registration fee.
